In looking through my Lucky magazine I found that tassels and fringe are all the rage right now in fashion. To prove that point "love Meagan" has created a how to on making your own tassel chain necklace. Very inexpensive and right in fashion now.Most all the supplies can be purchased at a craft store or fabric store such as Joanne's Fabrics.
Make them long and wrap them several times for a multi strand necklace and tie them at the center if you prefer to leaving them loose.
